The Veterans Impact Forum: U.S.–Ukraine Strategic Dialogue is an international platform designed to foster open, substantive dialogue between Ukrainian and American leaders, policymakers, practitioners, and experts working in the field of veteran and family support.
The Forum brings together representatives of government institutions, civil society organizations and veteran-focused initiatives to exchange experience, best practices, and policy approaches to veteran care, family resilience, reintegration, and long-term recovery after war.
The Forum serves as a space for strategic reflection on how veteran policies can be designed to strengthen social cohesion, institutional resilience, and democratic governance.
By connecting Ukrainian and U.S. expertise, the Forum aims to support the development of sustainable, human-centered veteran policies that respond to the complex realities of modern warfare and its long-term societal impact.
