Veterans Impact Forum: U.S.–Ukraine Strategic Dialogue is an international platform for open and substantive dialogue between Ukrainian and American leaders, practitioners, and organizations working in the context of modern warfare and its long-term human consequences.

The Forum brings together representatives of government institutions, military structures, civil society, and veteran initiatives from Ukraine and the United States to exchange experience and practical solutions in the areas of protection of prisoners of war, compliance with international humanitarian law, veteran reintegration, and comprehensive support for military families. Particular attention is given to human-centered approaches, cross-sector cooperation, and responses to the real needs of communities directly affected by war.

By combining Ukrainian and American experience, the Veterans Impact Forum creates space for strategic reflection on modern warfare and its lasting impact on individuals and societies. The Forum aims to shape a shared vision of solutions in the areas of military service, protection of the rights of prisoners of war, support for veterans and their families, and the development of international cooperation based on trust, solidarity, and practical engagement.
