We continue to share key speeches from the Veterans Impact Forum: Strategic Dialogue, held during Ukrainian Week in Washington, D.C. — an event that brought together Ukrainian and international veterans, leaders, and partners around the themes of recovery, reintegration, and resilience.
On stage were those who have lived through war, saved lives, lost comrades, and built support systems where none previously existed.
Antonina Kovalenko — founder of the “Unlost Generation” Scholarship Program named after Leonid Hryshchenko:“Educational programs and reskilling are essential for reintegration. After the war, people need new opportunities, knowledge, and purpose — which is why many veterans aspire to build their own businesses and create new environments for themselves.”
Also speaking:
Yakov Gradinar — Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist, CMO of Protez Foundation.
Oleksandr Buleiko — veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Dr. Meaghan Mobbs — President of the R.T. Weatherman Foundation, combat veteran, West Point graduate.
Dr. Kelly Brown — Chair of the Board at Allied Forces Foundation, West Point graduate, U.S. Army combat veteran.
This is just one part of a much larger effort — and we will continue to share more.
